DEPO Computers assembled the first computer in Russia

Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov launched the first electronic computer assembled in Russia by DEPO Computers. The new computer runs on a domestic server equipped with a Russian Elbrus processor.
“We are at an enterprise that manufactures domestic computers, it is competitive and meets all modern requirements. Today I talked with engineers – these are young and very prepared guys 25, 35, 40 years old, who graduated from the best universities in our country, they give a decent result. This became possible with the active support of the government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, this is a very serious partnership, which in 1924 will already allow us to work on computers with domestic processors and it will be of very high quality, ”the governor said.
DEPO Computers is a leader in the IT industry, it ranks 1st among Russian server manufacturers. Krasnogorsk is one of the flagship enterprises of the municipality; about 400 highly qualified specialists work here.
The company “DEPO Computers” is included in the list of the backbone organizations of Russia in the “Radioelectronic Industry”. Last year, it supplied equipment as part of the federal program for equipping workplaces of the Ministry of Health throughout the country, this year it is planned to participate in the program of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for equipping schools. Hardware and software systems are also installed in all territorial divisions of the Federal Tax Service, including the data center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Dubna, the Pension Fund of Russia, as well as in commercial institutions.“It is possible to increase the pace at the expense of human capital.
